Fly away to France’s beautiful Côte d’Azur, staying in a modern, well-equipped studio apartment with amazing views of the sparkling sea and sky.
Studio 503 is situated on the top floor of a purpose-built, gated residence on
Mont Boron, considered the most desirable location in Nice due to its elevated position, green spaces and cooling breezes.
Newly-refurbished, the studio has stunning panoramic views across the Baie des Anges, the beaches, the castle, the Promenade des Anglais, the town and the mountains.
There is a beautiful pool warmed by the Mediterranean sun and surrounded by mature gardens and ancient olive trees.
Studio 503 is not listed on booking sites and is only available to our family and friends.

Location
Studio 503 is served by Nice Côte d’Azur airport. The tram from the airport takes you to the Old Port in just half an hour; the apartment is then a 2-minute bus ride or a 10-minute walk up the hillside of Mont Boron.
Buses 30 and 15 stop 100m from the property, servicing the town to the west and Villefranche to the east.
Uber drivers are reliable and have excellent vehicles; expect to pay €10-15 for the 5-min trip to or from the town centre.
There is a well-stocked supermarket just a short walk from the flat; the local beaches, restaurants and port can be reached in fewer than ten minutes on foot.

There is a €80 cleaning charge per stay
Fees are payable online in advance, with the cleaning charge to be left in cash on departure.
